The Lagoon ANC combines sound perfection and technical intelligence. The Lagoon ANC features an excellent sound whether with activated or deactivated noise cancelling. With the beyerdynamic MIY app, users can personalize the sound of their headphones. The heart of this app is the innovative MOSAYC sound personalization based on research by Mimi Hearing Technologies. The sound is exactly adapted to the personal hearing profile of the user. At the same time, the app provides information about the listening habits of the user, so that the hearing can be preserved. The app is available for Apple iOS and Android and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play
Store. The Bluetooth® wireless technology can be used with all Bluetooth®-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets or computers. A range of up to 10 meters allows sufficient freedom of movement. The following codecs are used for Bluetooth® transmission: Qualcomm® aptX™ Low Latency (for sound transmission with minimum delay), aptX™ and AAC. If no Bluetooth® device is available or the rechargeable battery is empty, the headphones can also be used with the supplied mini jack cable (3.5 mm). The closed design prevents music from penetrating to the outside and ambient noise from penetrating to the inside. Due to the digital Active Noise Cancelling with hybrid technology, disturbing noise can easily be suppressed via two adjustable intensity levels – perfect when travelling by train or plane. Active Noise Cancelling works particularly well at low frequencies, which are typically encountered in trains or aircrafts. The innovative Light Guide System in the housing shells indicates the operating status. For conversations the housing shell has an integrated microphone. Qualcomm® cVc™ is used for superior intelligibility of speech in headset operation. Media playback and phone calls are controlled via a touchpad on the right-hand side. Voice prompts in German or English, e.g. for battery status, also contribute to a user-friendly operation. A USB-C port is used to charge the integrated battery. When the headphones are not in use, they can be stored
in the supplied high-quality hard case.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some products are exceptionally large, heavy or bulky and require specialist freight services. This typically includes items such as large PA speakers, dual 15″ speaker cabinets, dual 18″ subwoofers, flight cases and other oversized or very heavy equipment.

We work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible and, in most cases, delivery is completely covered by our standard shipping rates. However, for certain oversized items being delivered to regional or outlying areas, the actual courier cost can be significantly higher than standard deliveries. This is also owing to factors completely outside of our control (petrol costs and rising costs of delivery by courier partners)

If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. These may include:

Proceeding with a small additional freight contribution.
Collecting the order from one of our suppliers or a nearby courier depot where available.
Cancelling the order for a full refund if a suitable solution cannot be reached.

Please be assured that we only request an additional freight contribution in exceptional circumstances where the courier cost is substantially higher than normal. Our goal is always to deliver your order at the advertised price whenever possible.
