The Studio Pro M1 is a large format side-address condenser microphone with a unique frequency and transient response. Users will recognize the quality of the microphone immediately by its distinctive studio sound. It is an excellent choice for most applications in studios, for broadcasting, film and television.

The Studio Pro M1 can be used as a main microphone for orchestra recordings, as a spot mic for single instruments, and as a vocal microphone for all types of music and speech. The frequency response of the cardioid characteristic is very flat for frontal sound incidence, even in the upper frequency range. The microphone can be used very close to a sound source without the sound becoming unnaturally harsh. By means of a switchable high pass filter, interference through subsonic and low frequencies are reduced remarkably. As such, this switch cuts the low frequency response reducing the proximity effect.

An additional switch is added for use in high sound pressure level applications. This 10 dB attenuation switch enables the microphone to handle sound pressure levels up to 140 dB.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some products are exceptionally large, heavy or bulky and require specialist freight services. This typically includes items such as large PA speakers, dual 15″ speaker cabinets, dual 18″ subwoofers, flight cases and other oversized or very heavy equipment.

We work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible and, in most cases, delivery is completely covered by our standard shipping rates. However, for certain oversized items being delivered to regional or outlying areas, the actual courier cost can be significantly higher than standard deliveries. This is also owing to factors completely outside of our control (petrol costs and rising costs of delivery by courier partners)

If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. These may include:

Proceeding with a small additional freight contribution.
Collecting the order from one of our suppliers or a nearby courier depot where available.
Cancelling the order for a full refund if a suitable solution cannot be reached.

Please be assured that we only request an additional freight contribution in exceptional circumstances where the courier cost is substantially higher than normal. Our goal is always to deliver your order at the advertised price whenever possible.
