The Audio-Technica AT-LP5X Turntable:

The Audio-Technica AT-LP5X Turntable builds on over 50 years of Japanese audio excellence, updating the acclaimed performance of its predecessor while maintaining a contemporary design. It features a J-shaped tonearm, inspired by classic models from the 1960s and 1970s. This tonearm includes a metallic gimbal suspension system and precision bearings to minimize tracking errors. The adjustable counterweight and anti-skate control ensure precise tracking.

Constructed for durability, the AT-LP5X uses anti-vibration damping materials and heavy-mass metal chassis inserts to reduce low-frequency feedback. The die-cast aluminum platter, powered by a low-noise, direct-drive motor, provides stable rotation at 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM. A 5 mm thick rubber-damping mat enhances stability and isolates feedback, supporting all LP formats.

The turntable's switchable MM/MC phono preamp allows direct connection to computers, home stereos, and powered speakers. Additionally, the USB output facilitates digital recording, offering flexibility for preserving your vinyl collection. Included accessories like the AT-VM95E Dual Moving Magnet cartridge and the lightweight AT-HS6 headshell ensure a high-quality listening experience.

Combining classic design with modern features, the AT-LP5X delivers exceptional sound quality and flexibility, featuring a J-shaped tonearm, high-quality cartridge, built-in preamp, and USB output.

Delivery Exclusions

PLEASE NOTE:

Some products are exceptionally large, heavy or bulky and require specialist freight services. This typically includes items such as large PA speakers, dual 15″ speaker cabinets, dual 18″ subwoofers, flight cases and other oversized or very heavy equipment.

We work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible and, in most cases, delivery is completely covered by our standard shipping rates. However, for certain oversized items being delivered to regional or outlying areas, the actual courier cost can be significantly higher than standard deliveries. This is also owing to factors completely outside of our control (petrol costs and rising costs of delivery by courier partners)

If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. These may include:

Proceeding with a small additional freight contribution.
Collecting the order from one of our suppliers or a nearby courier depot where available.
Cancelling the order for a full refund if a suitable solution cannot be reached.

Please be assured that we only request an additional freight contribution in exceptional circumstances where the courier cost is substantially higher than normal. Our goal is always to deliver your order at the advertised price whenever possible.

If you’re unsure whether an item may be affected, you’re welcome to contact us before placing your order and we’ll gladly provide a delivery estimate.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support!
