Getting your cashback is easy.

Complete the online registration form with your personal and purchase details.

You’ll need:

Upload a clear copy of your valid purchase invoice.

Your invoice must clearly show the qualifying EVIVA product and purchase date.

Once your purchase has been verified and your claim approved, you will receive an email stating that your cashback is ready to be processed into a bank account of your choice or a cell phone number of your choice.

Your invoice must be clear and legible.

You’ll need the product model and serial number.

The purchase must be made from a participating authorised reseller.

Cashback will be paid into the valid bank account supplied during registration.

Purchases made outside the campaign period will not qualify.

 

The Spring Into EVIVA Cashback Promotion is open to qualifying customers who purchase an eligible EVIVA product from a participating authorised Electro-Voice reseller during the advertised campaign period.

Only qualifying Electro-Voice EVIVA products purchased during the campaign period are eligible.

The product must be purchased as a new product through a participating authorised reseller.

A valid tax invoice must be submitted with every cashback claim.

The invoice must clearly identify the qualifying EVIVA product, purchase date and purchase value.

ApexPro reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify a claim.

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the qualifying purchase and no later than 30TH SEPTEMBER 2026

Claims submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Approved customers will receive cashback equivalent to 5% of the qualifying purchase value EXCLUDING VAT, calculated in accordance with the campaign Terms & Conditions.

 

Approved cashback payments will be made to the South African bank account or South African cell phone number provided by the customer during registration.

Please ensure that your banking details are correct. ApexPro cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete banking information.

 

Once you’ve submitted your claim:

You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique claim reference number.

You’ll receive an email confirming your cashback amount.

Your cashback will be paid into the bank account or cell phone number you provided.

 

Approved cash backs will be processed every Thursday evening for the duration of the campaign.
