The Ortofon STYLUS DJ S Replacement Stylus provides a dependable replacement stylus for the Concorde DJ MkI cartridge. It supports DJs across various music styles and performance applications. The DJ S combines a fine spherical stylus with a specially developed cantilever. Furthermore, the balanced cantilever provides outstanding rigidity for dependable performance during regular DJ use. Its low-wear stylus design helps reduce record wear during frequent playback. Therefore, busy DJs can maintain their records while enjoying consistent groove handling throughout demanding sessions. The spherical stylus features an R 18 μm tip radius for reliable groove contact. Additionally, its 80 μm tracking ability at 315 Hz supports accurate tracking during everyday DJ applications. The STYLUS DJ S delivers a 6 mV output at 1 kHz and 5 cm/sec. Meanwhile, its 23 dB channel separation supports clear channel definition during playback. The DJ Series offers improved tracking alongside accurate sound reproduction across different musical styles. As a result, DJs can use the stylus for versatile applications without limiting their musical choices. The stylus supports a tracking force range between 2.0 and 4.0 g. Ortofon recommends a 3.0 g tracking force for reliable tracking and consistent performance during playback. Its 20° tracking angle supports appropriate stylus positioning during turntable operation. Furthermore, the 750 Ohm internal impedance works with a recommended 47 kOhm load resistance. The STYLUS DJ S also supports recommended load capacitance between 200 and 600 pF. Consequently, DJs can pair the cartridge system with suitable phono equipment. With its rigid cantilever, spherical stylus, and low-wear design, the DJ S provides versatile performance. It also supports excellent groove handling with less tracking force applied. Choose the Ortofon STYLUS DJ S Replacement Stylus when your Concorde DJ MkI cartridge needs a reliable replacement. Its balanced design supports accurate reproduction, consistent tracking, and reduced record wear.

Delivery Exclusions

PLEASE NOTE:

Some products are exceptionally large, heavy or bulky and require specialist freight services. This typically includes items such as large PA speakers, dual 15″ speaker cabinets, dual 18″ subwoofers, flight cases and other oversized or very heavy equipment.

We work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible and, in most cases, delivery is completely covered by our standard shipping rates. However, for certain oversized items being delivered to regional or outlying areas, the actual courier cost can be significantly higher than standard deliveries. This is also owing to factors completely outside of our control (petrol costs and rising costs of delivery by courier partners)

If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. These may include:

Proceeding with a small additional freight contribution.
Collecting the order from one of our suppliers or a nearby courier depot where available.
Cancelling the order for a full refund if a suitable solution cannot be reached.

Please be assured that we only request an additional freight contribution in exceptional circumstances where the courier cost is substantially higher than normal. Our goal is always to deliver your order at the advertised price whenever possible.

If you’re unsure whether an item may be affected, you’re welcome to contact us before placing your order and we’ll gladly provide a delivery estimate.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support!
