Bounce Online has always been about offering unbeatable service, safe shopping, fast delivery and the best advice you’ll get anywhere, along with highly competitive prices. We realise that these days, our pencils need to be extra sharp and although the customer experience is essential, price is often still king. 

So if you’ve found something on our site listed cheaper elsewhere but you’d still like to support us, we’ve opened this page so you can let us know, and to let us try and offer a same or better deal. 

If you only have one or a few things to query, use the URL links to show us who has it cheaper. If you have a full quote, or more than one quote, you can upload it using the file uploader to attach them. 

Please note the following important points: 

• Our competitor must have stock or be able to get stock at their advertised price. 
• We do not price compare with overseas-based companies / drop shippers who do not add shipping / customs to their online prices, or who do not purchase from the official South African product license holders. 
• There are some brands we do not offer at all. Should we receive a quote which contains a brand we can’t assist with, we’ll quote our closest equivalent. 
• Price matching is a best effort offering an we don’t guarantee our ability to do this on every occasion. Sometimes dealers simply have old stock at really good prices!
