The right pedal serves as a dynamic sustain pedal, enabling half-pedaling techniques and activating Nord’s unique Pedal Noise feature. This feature simulates the mechanical noises of an acoustic piano’s pedals, adding realism to your performance. The middle pedal functions as the sostenuto pedal, sustaining only the notes held down when the pedal is pressed. The left pedal acts as the soft pedal (una corda), shifting the action of the hammers for a softer, more intimate sound.
