Epiphone partnered with the Gibson Custom Shop to recreate this iconic guitar for modern players. This collaboration gives musicians worldwide a chance to experience the magic of "Greeny." The guitar’s standout feature is its Gibson USA Greenybucker pickups. The neck pickup is reverse-mounted with reversed magnetic polarity, creating the out-of-phase sound that defines its distinctive tone.
Crafted from premium materials, the guitar has a Mahogany body and a Maple top with a AAA flame veneer. It features a custom Greeny profile neck and an Indian Laurel fingerboard. The aged gloss finish provides a vintage look and feel, while the Grover Rotomatic tuners and Epiphone Tune-O-Matic bridge ensure reliable tuning and intonation.
Each detail of the guitar’s construction reflects the legacy of its predecessors. From the Switchcraft pickup selector and output jack to the CTS potentiometers and Mallory capacitors, it’s made for serious musicians.
