IsoStage uses a single IsoScreen at the front. This IsoScreen is a unique design concept, comprising of a huge single piece of curved acrylic, mounted within a rigid mobile frame manufactured from beautifully powder coated aluminium. This seamless screen results in an expansive panoramic view, providing an unencumbered visual connection between the drummer, musicians and audience.
IsoScreen’s acrylic shield blocks sound energy from being projected forward by the drum set, specifically the mid to high range frequencies of the snare and cymbals, which interfere the most with other vocal and instrument microphones, or drown out other musicians, or overwhelm the audience. The result is amazing sound containment and control, allowing the drummer the pleasure of playing without restraint.
IsoScreen is highly mobile by design, with its lightweight aluminium framework coasting on a fleet of castor wheels. A single person can easily roll the screen around the stage with a gentle push, allowing effortless repositioning or easy access to rearrange instruments and sound equipment.
At the rear of the IsoStage are sound absorbing baffles, based on our IsoZorb™ technology. These are high density sound absorbing cores, covered in luxury automotive grade acoustic fabric.
IsoStage comprises of standard components, which are part of a larger modular design system, allowing customers to easily upgrade their product to the more advanced IsoStudio model.
