Tap [Start]Setting up your Sony Headphones: Launch the " Sony | Headphones Connect" app on your smartphone/iPhone, then register your Sony headphones by following the on-screen instructions.
If your headphones are wireless headphones, use method A, B or C below to register the headphones.
A: Turn on the wireless headphones, then move the headphones close to your smartphone/iPhone.
You can select the headphones to pair (register) with via BLUETOOTH connection.
If the headphones do not appear on the screen, try the following method B or C.
B: When using a smartphone/iPhone not compatible with one-touch connection (NFC), connect and pair (register) with the wireless headphones via BLUETOOTH connection using the setting menu of your smartphone/iPhone.
The BLUETOOTH connection method depends on the headphones.
C: When using a smartphone compatible with one-touch connection (NFC), connect and pair (register) with the wireless headphones via BLUETOOTH connection by touching the headphones with your smartphone.
Refer to the operating instructions of your headphones to check whether they support the NFC functions.

Some products are exceptionally large, heavy or bulky and require specialist freight services. This typically includes items such as large PA speakers, dual 15″ speaker cabinets, dual 18″ subwoofers, flight cases and other oversized or very heavy equipment.
We work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible and, in most cases, delivery is completely covered by our standard shipping rates. However, for certain oversized items being delivered to regional or outlying areas, the actual courier cost can be significantly higher than standard deliveries. This is also owing to factors completely outside of our control (petrol costs and rising costs of delivery by courier partners)
If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. These may include:
- Proceeding with a small additional freight contribution.
- Collecting the order from one of our suppliers or a nearby courier depot where available.
- Cancelling the order for a full refund if a suitable solution cannot be reached.
Please be assured that we only request an additional freight contribution in exceptional circumstances where the courier cost is substantially higher than normal. Our goal is always to deliver your order at the advertised price whenever possible.
