18WRS600– Low frequency transducer

The Beyma 18WRS600 is a low-distortion 18 inch subwoofer designed for high-output direct radiation subwoofer applications. It delivers 1,200 W programme power handling and incorporates Beyma’s exclusive Malt Cross® cooling system to minimise power compression and maintain consistent performance. With a high sensitivity of 97 dB at 1 W/1 m, an FEA-optimised ferrite magnetic circuit, and an ultra-low air noise design, it provides clean and controlled low frequency reproduction with optimised linear behaviour. The weather-resistant treated cone, 3 inch copper voice coil, and optimised pressed steel frame support extended controlled displacement of ±8.5 mm Xmax and a 53 mm peak-to-peak excursion for reliable operation under demanding conditions.
